This is the fifth consecutive year that Parmalat has secured the most awards at this event which serves as benchmark for South African dairy quality. In addition Parmalat’s Simonsberg’s lowfat cheese was also awarded a gold medal in its category at the 2008 World Championship Cheese Contest.
