Anthony Galloway is the founder and Managing Director of Omni Learning (Pty) Ltd.
He qualified as a teacher at Rhodes University, and after 3 years of teaching experience he left the field of formal education in 1981 to join the international MAST Organisation. After heading MAST’s Cape operations for 12 years, he joined another company of business training specialists called Stratagem in 1993. During his 6 years at Stratagem he completed an international MBA through the Henley Business School in the UK, and in 1999 he chose the independent route and started Omni Learning. His major interests are people, sport, and learning.
Anthony's professional passion is to accelerate the development of individuals, teams and organizations through the design and facilitation of learning solutions that produce the desired results.

Essential, strong-willed, committed and passionate – strong words for a strong lady: Lize Moldenhauer.
She joined the team in 2003, after a successful 10 years spent in the Financial Sector, more specifically the Learning and Development division.
Lize’s track record extends to the Managing of various training projects, being appointed as the Training Silo Director for Calling the Cape (2005), co-coordinator of industry wide events in the Contact Centre domain and the National Account Manager for a number of our clients - not to mention the managing of our Training Specialist team.
Her wide span of control is supported by her business savvy, training and development background and Industry knowledge.
No wonder her motto in life is to: Learn from the past, live in the present and pay attention to the future.

Louise is the Operations Manager, in other words “Jack of all Trades”!!
She has been part of the Omni Learning team since inception and whilst being PA to Anthony Galloway (CEO) she is also responsible for:
1) Assistant to Lize Moldenhauer
2) Preparing and capturing monthly accounts including salaries
3) Scheduling and co-ordinating training
4) Printing of training material
5) Supervision of Admin Assistant
The value that she adds to our business is:

After a 15 year career in banking, Sharon joined the Omni Learning team in March 2004 as a Training Specialist. She currently fulfils the role as a Client Relationship Manager, consulting with large corporates in a variety of learning solutions. She has 6 years experience in Training and Development. Her main roles at Omni Learning are those of project manager, facilitator, coach, mentor, assessor, moderator, and design and development of intellectual property.
In 2005, Sharon completed a Certificate in Occupationally Directed Educational, Training & Development (ODETDP).
Having the opportunity to make a difference and adding value to people’s lives is Sharon’s passion. She believes that “CHOICE, NOT CIRCUMSTANCES DETERMINES YOUR SUCCESS”

Cindy joined Omni Learning in January 2008 bringing with her 5 years of training experience in the banking and financial sector.
With a qualification in Occupationally Directed Education, Training and Development (ODETDP), Cindy is currently using her skills for the Design and Development of learning solutions and assessments.
Training being our business focus, combined with Cindy’s passion to make a difference and add value to individuals lives, means she is also involved with facilitating people skills solutions to many of our valued clients.

Megan started her training career in banking in 1999, before she joined the Omni Learning team in 1998.
Her role is that of Client Relationship Manager and Facilitator of various business management and people skills training interventions. She has various business degrees and is currently pursuing a PhD researching the role of spiritual intelligence in leadership decision making. Her career in training and development is her passion in life.

In January 2008, a new addition to the Omni Learning team came aboard – Cassandra Julius.
From a long term career in corporate finance, has advanced her the experience of business governance, people development and Leadership dimensions.
Cassandra currently fulfils the role of a Training Specialist, and brings to the team her Millennial spirit, creativity and personal drive. Her passion for training evolved from the knowledge of being able to make a difference in other people’s lives.
Her expertise is supported by her background in the corporate arena and Leadership strategies.

My passion for the development of human beings has created my career starting as a teacher and later focused on adult learners, working for Mutual & Federal as facilitator, tool developer and assessor in the field of Management and Leadership. That was followed by Recognition of Prior Learning in different fields and brought me to the exciting world of Omni Learning, focusing mainly on the Contact Centre environment, and more specifically assessments.

The Assessment Warehouse is an assessment consultancy run by Jason le Grange. Jason has been in the field of education and training for ten years. His areas of expertise include assessment, moderation, skills development facilitation and designing learning programmes and assessment tools. He has worked for Educor, Boston House College, South Africa Writing, The National Assessment Agency in the United Kingdom, Ewha Woman's University, Woosong University and the BMW Pavilion IMAX Cinema to name a few.
Jason is currently working on a consultative basis with Omni Learning with regards to Assessments and Moderation.
